Raceday Information for Mums and Dads

Mother & Baby Facilities
A Mother and Baby room is located in the Plaza area of the racecourse. The room is designed to give parents privacy when feeding their children. Facilities include easy chairs and stools for mother to feed baby, bottle warming facilities, a fridge and baby changing facilities. Please note baby changing is also available within the grandstand.

Baby Changing Facilities
There are baby changing facilities are in male and female toilets located at every level in Core 3 and Core 4. Core 2 has baby changing facilities on all levels except level 5 and Core 1 has baby changing facilities on all levels except level 6.

Crèche
The crèche facility is located at the Ascot nursery. Please exit the racecourse via the High Street Entrance. Raceday staff will direct racegoers. Access to the Ascot Nursery is via her Her Majesty’s Representative Car Park. Children aged 2 years to 7 years are able to go to the crèche for a 2 hour period on a first come, first served basis.

Children’s Nose Bags
If you fancy a healthy food option at the next race meeting, why not try a ‘Nose bag’, designed especially for young racegoers. Each bag contains a sandwich, piece of fruit, crisps, chocolate and fruit juice all for only £3.50.

May I bring a picnic?
Many people picnic in the car parks before entering the racecourse however picnics are permitted within the General Admission areas. During the race meeting picnics can be consumed in the Old Paddock or on the Plaza Lawns however they are not permitted trackside of the racecourse. Please ask a steward for directions on arrival.
Please note picnics may contain a reasonable amount of alcohol however tables, chairs and gazebos are not permitted. Ascot Racecourse reserves the right to confiscate inappropriate picnics and excessive amounts of alcohol upon entry to the racecourse.

Children’s Packages
Children’s packages include a three course meal in the restaurants found in the main grandstand.
